what do u put in a frame? usually a photograph. what do photographs do? they look nice. thats it. they cant do anything. so "shifting through in this frame by frame" is simply implying that he can do nothing but sit there and watch his life go by. and as far as i know, photographs dont lead very exciting lives. "i walk the same path, say the same lines, i do this everytime, i do this everytime" is saying that he does this routine over and over but where is it getting him? nowhere. man that sucks. im in that situation rite now. i know, i know, another stupid complaint by some person you dont really know or care about. but think, do u want to spend the rest of your life as a photograph, or do you wanna be the real thing. the person that can act on his own accord, who can fix what should have been fixed a long time ago. shifting through, thats where i am, shifting through with nowhere to go. its that one leap you have to take. over the bridge and through the tunnel, out of the frame. reality awaits us, and how much longer can we keep it waiting?
