It seems like this song is pretty obviously about oral sex, and the giving and receiving therof. Here is why:

1) The title, which ought to be hint enough, is not featured anywhere in the song. 2) "As soon as I get my head around you, I come around catching sparks off you." 3) "Makes me wanna blow the stars from the sky." There are lots of ways of communicating that sentiment, but only one lets you use the word "blow." 4) "And all I ever got from you was all I ever took from you." Duh. 5) "I'm taking myself to a dirty part of town where all my troubles can't be found." For other colorful descriptions of female anatomy in the JAMC catalog, see "the damp and hungry place" in "Some Candy Talking" and "her honey-dripping beehive" in "Just Like Honey" (both also about oral sex, btw). 6) Additional evidence can be found in lines like "The world could die in pain/ And I wouldn't feel no shame," "I can't stand up, I can't cool down, I can't get my head off the ground."

It's interesting, the number of drug-related interpretations of JAMC songs that are actually about sex. Get your minds further into the gutter, people!

Get your minds further? Says the guy than says that such a free-minded, subjective lyrics like these are about oral sex. Lol. It's an interpretation. It might even be about it, but not only, and certainly not most importantly.
