Here's something not many people will know: the tune is from an Indian song. The chorus of the song actually is in English, even though it's an Indian song. The chorus is about twice as fast as this (and I know there are Beyonce fans out there, but the woman singing is a lot better) and the words are:
Hey boy, you've been on my mind
I see you in my dreams
I know you'll be mine in time
Just you wait and see
It's one of my favorite Indian songs, and Beyonce can't to justice to it. And Sean Paul, who I usually like, just ruined everything. His rap parts were used to replace the Indian singing.
SINGING, not rapping. And slowing down the chorus took away all the dance-appeal to the song.
