This song really does have a quite calming/soothing sound to it. I think this song, specifically, is in reference to liking someone, but not, for whatever reason, being able to tell them this. I know I've just layed down and daydreamed about a girl or haven't been able to sleep because she's on my mind. This song kinda voices that type of frustration.
