This is kinda like the sequel of Doctor Herman Psycho but not. Anyhoo... the rat with wheels from Dr. Herman Psycho makes his reappearance in this song. As Ratty rolls down the hill he passes a barber and decides to have a shave. His barber informs him that a famous rapper is in town. He casually takes the cut-throat razor and murders the barber for no apparent reason. He goes to the concert and kills the rapper with the cut-throat razor. He exclaims that he is Kissin' Kate Barlow and cuts peoples faces off for the rest of the day. He then unfortunately chokes on a lasgne which he attempts to eat in one go. He wears a pink hat.
