hm no comments here? i'm not entirely sure about what this song means but i can tell that "Your conspiracy: Conspiring to deliver me to the authorities. I have been betrayed so graciously." is referring back to "Planning A Prison Break".. that song is a metaphor for being unhappy with who you are and therefore deciding to change or planning a prison break... so those lines could be about someone threatening to screw up his new start (threatening to screw up the prison break by turning him in)
also some lyrics are missing at the end of these.. he says
