i'm not sure about this,
but i kind of think that this is talking about how the narrator was a liar from the very start, where he learned to walk. He's taking control of everybody he encounters, and eventually someone catches on.
I'm just guessing, and that's probably inacurate because i read it once and when my story got going i just went from there so i'm not sure if it even follows the song. Sorry, i tried!
