I had a short chat, with one of the band-members over Napster one time (many years ago). He told me to check this song out. He also explained to me that "the 11 cent solution" referred to the average price of a single bullet being 11 cent in (can't remember which one... probably WalMart).
I especially enjoy listening to the song when I'm angry at someone. It feels like I'm getting rid of aggressions just by listening to the song... I've never had that with any other song. Apart from that, if you're into this kind of heavy music, it's really catchy.
