Hmm, to me, this song is describing The Jungle Book. I know that sounds a bit obvious because of the jungle/tigers part, but hear me out. XD;

Seems to be talking about Mowgli when he's told that he has to go back to the village with his people,

Describes when he finally realizes that the jungle that has been his home for so many years is "abandoning" him...
