I have not seen the video, but it's supposed to be a play on a Goethe poem and a Brothers Grimm story. My first thoughts on it were that it was a play on the Goethe poem. The poem describes a boy taking pleasure from a rose, probably symbollic of a boy getting pleasure from taking the virginity of some girl. This song, though, introduces an inverse scenario: a girl is getting pleasure and the boy does whatever she tells him to do.

"A girl saw a little rose It bloomed there in bright heights" - Virginity

"The boy climbs the mountain in torment He doesn't really care about the view Only the little rose is on his mind He brings it to his sweetheart" -He doesn't care about the mechanical process of sex. Pleasing her is more important to him.

"At his boots, a stone breaks Doesn't want to be on the cliff anymore And a scream lets everyone know Both are falling to the ground" -Climax

Just my thoughts.

The poem is "Heidenröslein".
