In the part after the first chorus, it's not "yearnin'", if you listen you hear it's 3 syllables. I hear "deservin'", but according to Chris Federico's "Accurate Led Zeppelin Lyrics" page (this is a guy who actually did his research), it's "discernin'".
Additionally, in the chorus just prior to the instromenal break, he says "Wanna whole lotta love, I don't want more". Then in the middle of the break, he says "You've got to bleed on me" (again, this is according to Federico). And, of course, at the 'climax' of the 'orgasm' he sings "love... looooove".
