Most want to act out in some way, they satisfy their desires sexually with a consenting partner and do not have to resort to terrible violent acts...Perhaps some of us feel the need to do something violent,...rape, murder, torture but do not act out because of morals or at least staying in social constructs of what is proper behavior. The"Its in me, is not in you" strikes me as someone caught trying to justify it and lays blame on his scapegoats.
