I don't even think you need to explain what this song means. Basically he's upset that he lost his girl, and now he wants to try and forget, but everything just reminds him of her. He's well... So sick of love songs, because they don't help him feel better, but he listens to them to remeber the times he had with her. That's what I think anyways. I mean really other than that it's a good song.
