Same, I dont get the meaning either. I didnt like this when i first heard it but all day ive had the lyrics stuck in my head. Just the somewhere, someones gun, someones gun is laughing and i absent mindedly wrote it on my book halfway through class and my friend just goes "What the fuck is a laughing gun?" and she got in shit off the teacher :P
