i love this song, the instant i heard it i thought of alice in wonderland, and still even though i know it doesnt have anything to do with that drugged up movie i still think of that. but yes i think it has to do with cutting her self but she knows she shouldnt but then her person goes away so it doesnt matter anymore anyways.
