It's an amazing song, hope these guys start getting (modestly) bigger for their good work. Anyway seems like this song is about a guy who's in love with a girl who's close (as a confidante) to him and tells him things that he doesn't want to hear so he's put in an awkward position: He's attracted to her and she's intimate with him but the things she tells him break his heart. Hence lines like "your words choke me like razor", "such a disappointment 'cause I thought that I could trust you". In the end he decides to break away because he either doesn't want to think less of her or he's fed up with what he's learned of her. That's my take on it though I haven't put that much thought into it...
