I believe this song is about gaining a clear perspective on life/the world.
I think the first verse tells how our lifes, as we see them, pass by so quickly, but through enlightenment/meditation/achieving a higher state of mind, our spirits will stay while the shells of flesh that we inhabit will not, but our ignorance blinds us to that and therfore we never find true meaning in life.
"All natures are pure, all appearances are empty" refers to how humans constantly judge by appearance rather than personality/nature, and how this is making us ignorant in our views of others, if we judged someone by their personality/nature then co-existence would be much easier to achieve.
The second verse, i think, is about the distractions that keep us form achieving enlightenment/a higher state of mind, and by giving in to the distractions we walk the path of our own self-destruction.
"All wisdom is treasured, all wealth is a shadow" shows how humans seem to only care about money and what it can buy, this causes more distractions that keep us from enlightenment/a high state of mind.
"Inexpressible in words" means that he cannot describe the enlightenment/higher state of mind that he has gained.
"Embrace the stillness" tells that he ceased giving into the distractions.
"Endless source, eternal bliss" means that what he has achieved is endless.
"Absence of the mind is liberation" means he has stopped thinking and has become one with bliss.
