To me the song is about teenage discipline, everyone who follows their parents entirely and wont do anything mimick a dead body.
When I heard this song I thought how much I can relate to it.
I thought "I can't lose it... lie. " was "I can't live that lie" and was referring to how discipline is holding in your emotions and stopping you from doing what you want to, which is in a way a lie.
