sorry, but rasmus have gone into a decline to commerce, imho. they have been at their best at the time of the glorious album into and while publishing the as-great dead letters, but in the course of the latter one they began to realize how much money was there to be made with aping all the other finnish bands that were mushrooming all over at that time, and still are, like him and negative (who came later, i know). i wonder if in finland they think this is the only way for them to become successful here, but nevertheless they act like it. rasmus are definetely no gothic band nor anything like that except a great rock band, but their songs pretend to be something else. to me it's a shame they waste their talent on such a show. i can't take lauri ylönen serious anymore with songs like this incredible "life burns", nor the whole band with songs like this. this is "you change your passion for glory" to me. and i'm disappointed to see what becomes of one of my favourite bands.
i think this is one of the worst songs so far.
