To me this song is about someone who gets blamed for something he didn't do, by someone really close to them, and their response to it is pretty much, WTF? Are you blind, I'm innocent. My hands are clean. Then they are asking what kind of life it this when you trusted friends betray you, or don't listen to you? And at the end when they say "A good life, is a quiet life." their just saying, a life where all this BS...
