I love this song! I imagine it represents that the earth is a magical place and by mass consumption and the creation of big corporations, we are destroying the spirits that live here. I also think it means that we all have to pull together and help each other survive, whether we're fighting some punk who lives down the street, or a group of terrorists. When we can all realize that we don't need material possesions or industry, then the spirits of the earth can truly be free.
