I would say this song is pretty self explanatory, you can't quite put your finger on what's bothering you, why you feel the way you do, but you will be assured.
Probably the wrong meaning, its the way I see it though. When I first heard the song the lyrics just made my ears prick, they are so amazing, by far one of the best Coldplay songs :)
