Umm the reason you cant find it is because it was never released it came out with Joyride, Loving Wings, Crazy-Easy, and Sugar-Will on the 2004 Tour which Joyride, Loving Wings, and Sugar Will were released on Live Trax 2 which can be found on davematthewsband.com.
