this song was written quite awhile ago if i remember but scooter wouldn't let it be released because, at the time he said he it was to personal and couldn't deal with it being out in the world for everyone to hear. i was starting to think this song would never be released, thankfull it was cause it's hands down their most beautiful and touching song
i think it's very simply about his drug addictions, thankfully he went into rehab and got that all straightened out. but yeah.
