This song makes me so emotional. Being a "twenty-something" year old woman I can relate completely to that feeling of being so honestly tired of everyone that surrounds you...the pressure, getting a degree, getting a good job, and managing to be succesful with your personal life as well. In those moments of darkness I wish so much people would leave me alone to rest a little bit and get to be myself again...like Jamie says "but sometimes don't you just crave...to dissapear within your mind?"...And at the same time, knowing perfectly that it won't take long until you're back to your people, a little more stronger ("later on you can spend some time with me...")...and being alone you really get to understand how much you love them ("I need you more than ever...")...
I think a little bit of distance and time to yourself is so healing...I am dying to do that, who knows if that day will ever come.
