It is about having survived a tragedy, and about leaving the place of that tragedy either in emotional or actual geography and moving on. It is about how that is the only way to sucessfully move on with your life, and do the best you can do in the present, with what you have. There are not so many reminders of the past if you are not where it happened, either in your mind, or in that literal place. Sometimes it is not wise to meddle with the past. This could be about someone who had a tragic childhood, full of abuse. But that is too simplistic, really.
