wow i can't believe nobody loves/has posted anything about this song, i love it haha....ummm well when i saw howie live he said it was about a French girl.....so i think that he met a girl while vacationing in France and he really fell in love with her and now that they live so far away, he still feels so in touch with her because of his strong feelings for her....and he hopes that maybe someday in the future they will meet again and she will come with him....if you haven't heard this song you should listen to it...its awesome
