This track was/is Gavin's personal experience of standing inside the painting by Dali. This makes for a very interesting take on the artwork; read the lyrics, listen to the music, it is intended to be Gavin's personal journey through his vision of the painting.
The lyrics: "Fading with growth-lie awake", could easily refer to... Children/Young Adults typically spend 20-25% of sleep in delta wave (see above track for information on this) sleep; this decreases to less than 10% by age 60. Sleepwalking, sleep terrors, and sleep-related enuresis episodes generally occur in this stage."
