This is an extremely beautiful and sad song. To me it seems about his the love of his life dying. Whether she took her own life or not is up for interpitation. I belive she did do the opening line "And when she hurts herself, How she'll be hurting me.." I really like the lead singers voice and the way he writes. Each song seems to have an outstanding line or verse. Please buy this cd or at least listen to some of the songs. You can find them on the band's website.
