I learned in alcohol awareness class that super-alcoholics after they destroy their esophagus lining and can no longer drink alcohol through the mouth they give themselves alcohol enemas. The teacher didn't explain the details (even though we demanded them) but apparently they just get drunk through the butthole....go figure.
