to me, this is about that struggle with life i think everyone has sometimes. being in the middle of something you perceive as good, but then fate seems to conspire against it, pulling it away from you. and you can only hope it's for the best, but all the while, you can't imagine how having something so wonderful taken away could possibly be for the best.
