my favorite part of the song... sure, it's easy to place all blame on gollum for his ways, but in reality it wasn't completely his fault he ended up the way he did.
I felt a lot of sympathy for gollum...in fact, in some ways, i relate to his character(...). his demise was sad, but really, what other end could he possibly have had?
