I really love this song, DATF are one of my favourite bands on Rushmore records. Great lyrics and great music. I think this song is about the end of a relationship and the reflection of the past years and just wondering what the other is doing:

But he's also saying how he's coming to terms with losing her and trying to stay positive by saying he'll move on:

To fall in love again,
You won't see me breaking,"
To me, it's basically about having a hard time trying to deal with hearbreak. Pretty simple.
