Even though it sounds like he is speakin about drugs, I don't think he is in a literal way. I think he is tryna say that when they are together its like a "natural high" kinda thing, ya know? The majority of the song has very strong sexual undertones, and I think that is what he is tryna say- they are gonna get lifted thru intimacy/sex-- not really taking drugs.
