after listening to the whole album this is the real climax of the story. He's been in and out of rehab after killing his lover and going comotose..he then tries to kill himself but gets medicated and he keeps hearing this "song in his head" that makes him think of her and has to kill...here he pretends that he is okay and they allow his friends and family to come visit and he kills them all.
