This song is awesome because to me its a love song and it hasnt got any cheesy lines or anything. Its a love song with all the cornell brilliance. The thing I don't get though is its in past tense. It kinda makes it seem like something went wrong. Like he still loves this person but their relationship wasnt what it was. Anyways thats how I relate it to me, it makes me think of people who I was really close to, but now things have died down between us. Have a good one y'all
