If you were to listnen other songs by alkaline trio with blood and vimpire references you will probably find that it is a sign of affectiong. Like a form of love. In this song is says "And I'm living in lack of the blood sent from your heartbeat". This could be living in lack of your love. Either way this is definatly one of the very best on the album.
