Agreed Ed and Skylar, but I also think Chris isn't /actually/ talking about 'arrows and guns'. 'To save you from one' could mean one particular person, that he is prepared to sh*t from everyone to save someone he holds dear from one person. Maybe not the real meaning of the song, but it's an interpretation I like:)
