Dagga is a plant that can be smoked, and Buzz-Buz is a hippie term meaning to get buzz from a substance, or getting high. And as for the Ziggety=Zag, Zig Zag were "rolling papers" that featured a bearded smoker on the label. Most of the earliy stuff is just about rock, and "bizzop" is a sexual slang term.

The song sounds so much fun, that line has so little content, it could as well be a reference to how hippies never get taken seriously because of their drugs use but I think it more likely refers to the things at that time like dadaism and of course swing, that were despised by the nazis
