I think the message depicts how one might fail to branch out into other points of view, or just might refuse to, due to their own narrow dogma. Also, notioning towards being weary of the choices that you make, because your choice becomes your label, kind of like...be open to your own suggestion, and explore all aspects. "Make your pick and take your fall", a chance is all you've got, so you might as well take it and seize the opportunity for all it's worth.
