Woooo first post :P Anyways...excitement over.I'm not really sure what this song means.I'm Gonna take a random guess and say it's about the writer and this girl and he's saying it's never gonna work out cause she cheated on him or something else to hurt him hence -

I think she's always coming home not when she says she will ("You hide it everytime you miss,
Impatience waits around for me.")
"The killer's walking amongst us," could be referring to the guy she cheated with as he killed their relationship.
I can see how this doesnt fit though.The line- " I'm sorry enough to tell you,that I'm okay and i'm never going to see you again" could be him appologiesing for something he's done.Or he could be sorry for never seeing about her affair sooner and how he wishes it never happened.But i think hes just trying to deny his pain and get over her.
