It's not the lyrics that make it funny, it's the fact that he can turn "Flagpole Sitta" and freaking Marilyn Manson into a polka song. I crack up every time he goes for Manson to Hanson. Woah, never noticed how that sounded.
A lot of his other stuff is hilarious, and it's original in lyrics. I'd suggest listening to that stuff if you're really that offended by this song.
