I will agree on one thing here with everyone, yes the guitar is fantastic. Definitely one of, if not my favorite song on the CD. Yeah the lyrics may be a tad bit cliche but oh well. Pretty much everything has been written about at some point or another right? So I think the focus here should be the presentation of the lyrics which is the music, and the music is extremely good. And one last note, Dangerousbagel you are speaking about MTVmo kids and "their bands". You have Blink 182 as one of your favorite bands. You have officially lost all right to talk about cliched and repetitive lyrics. (Not to say I don't like Blink, cause I do but I just CAN'T see how you can call another bands lyrics unoriginal when pretty much every Blink song deals with girls or youth.) Hah, and while I'm on it you don't MAKE lyrics. You WRITE them. Way to MAKE a proper sentence.
About the meaning, yeah Riseup I think you hit it pretty good. Excellent meaning as a lot of people have a fear like this.
