I agree with both of you on the meaning, and I can't believe more people haven't commented!! I am proud to say that although I've never fit in, I've never tried to either. I act the same in public, or in private, and I think people who do try to fit in just look ridiculous. That doesn't mean that I don't feel bad for them, 'cause I do, since I know what it's like. But, all you can do, in the words of Chris Cornell of Audioslave is "Be Yourself".
