although im not sure if its true, i heard this song was actually about someone they know dying in an accident. If this is true, it explains much about the lyrics (self explanitory) and the fact it is the 7th song on the album is also significant as i believe the person lived or died in/from the seventh floor.
whether what i said is true or not, its a haunting and excellent song, one of the best on the album in my opinion
