Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful song i've ever heard. Stumbled upon it for the first time a few months ago, thanks to a friend - and it's been with me ever since then. The words are heartbreaking, and they fit perfectly with the melody and backdrop of the song. It takes a heartbreaking scenario of some sort and manages to successfully fuse a dash of extreme optimism/hope/faith into it. It goes to illustrate that despite how bad things are; despite how badly life can suck at times... that there will always be hope; there will always be a light... but above all, there will always be ME.
