As in "Dead Wrong," when Eminem proved himself in the ranks of B.I.G, Eminem lines up with Jay-Z as a force that can't be stopped. Haven't heard the Royce version, but I bet it's incredible. Royce is the best rapper in the game right now.
In my opinion, and keep in the mind this is coming from a white boy, Eminem reaches lyrical heights that Jay-Z can't even touch. That also could be suburbia talking.
There's a way with eminem that his word play almost becomes more important than the words, and I'm amazed that in this song he's able to integrate incredible poetic rhythms with meaning.
This was Eminem at his best, pissed off, angry, on drugs, not singing nursery rhymes to his daughter.
