This is Ben, but the reason you probably can't find it online or whatever is because it's off the Fear of Pop album, a weird spoken word/instrumental album that he did with this band... named Fear of Pop or whatever. I don't know the full details, but I have the CD, and trust me... it's Ben. I've also heard that this started as an early Ben Folds Five song, and that somewhere there is a version of them playing it.
The meaning though, I can relate to: the guy is staying to end of the credits of a movie, because goddamnit he paid for this and he's gonna sit and watch it all!
