The song is cleverly written and makes for a decent album closer for its host, Oz Factor. It's got a pretty memorable hook of a tune, and is one of the slower songs on the record while keeping it interesting. I have no idea if this is based on specific actual people UL knew but somehow it wouldn't surprise me if it were. They did live with crazy Poway kids..haha.
