To me it sounds like she is speaking to herself. How she acts like she is happy and more important then everyone else, but inside she cries and no one knows. Later on she says:
"i am so sick of speaking words that no one understands
is it clear enough that you can't live your whole life all alone
i can hear you in a whisper
but you can't even hear me screaming "
She says she is sick of no one understand what she is saying and then goes into saying "you can't live your whole life along" she switches to talking about herself to talking to someone else, and I feel that she is talking about herself in 3rd person and she is mad at herself because she acts one way and no one notices how she really feels.
